Discussion and action on Planning and discussion on future projects

Walker called this meeting mainly because Brittany Bates has been in contact with a lady from Warrensburg that would like to open a 121 Coffee Run in Lovington. She would like to have help to have one here. She does need a drive thru and Walker suggested that the way we can help is remove the curb and install the drive for the drive thru. That cost might be up to $30,000. He then turned it over to Bates.

Bates than reported the way that she selected the location and the 121 Coffee Run. The building in question is the corner building which was Julie Kinert’s hair salon.

A Motion was made by Bates and seconded by Young to pay one half of the cost of the drive-thru and after three years if she is still in business in Lovington we will reimburse her for the other half. YEA: Hale, Clough, Young, Garmon, Bates
