APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to appoint Ronald Ferguson to the Clintonia Union Special Drainage Dist. With term set to expire the first Tuesday in Sept. 2025.

Motion to appoint Mark Hobbie to the DeWitt Piatt County Health Department with term set to expire June 30, 2025.

Motion to appoint Moe Winstead to the E911 board with term set to expire the first Monday in September 2024.

Motion to appoint Richard L Dean to the Rutledge Empire Drainage Dist. With term set to expire the first Tuesday of September 2025.

CORESPONDENCE:

Motion to approve August 2022 Minutes.

MARINA report given by Mr. Matthews. For Discussion and possible action: 

Motion to approve up to $15,000.00 for float replacements.

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action: 

Motion to approve Case S-255-2022 Clinton Lake Vacation Rentals LLC. Starkey and Schmid. 

Motion to approve Case S-256-2022 permit to operate a storage business. Coppenbarger.

Motion to approve proposal from American Environmental to update the all hazards mitigation plan for DeWitt County.

Motion to replace the carpet in the back hallway and U at the county building with hard wood flooring for $22,180.00.

ROAD AND BRIDGE report given by Mr. Houser. For discussion and possible action. 

Motion to approve the Quote from Koenig Body & Equipment for upfitter work in the amount of $29,237.00.
