DeWitt County Board met July 26.

Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Chairman Ferguson.
Roll call was answered by: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Prestegaard, Pruser, Riddle. Absent Members: Kaymmeyer, Myers.
Richard Randal and Todd Wilkerson addressed the board to inform them they are satisfied with 1125 property management.
Motion by Houser, second by Carter to approve the purchase of a Case Maxum 125 Mowing Tractor from Central Illinois Ag in the amount of $67,000.00. Aye: Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Prestegaard, Pruser, Riddle.
Motion by Ferguson second by Tilley to terminate Marina contract with 1125 property management.
Motion by Wickenhauser second by Pruser to amend original motion to add effective December 31, 2022. Aye: Wickenhauser, Newberg, Pruser, Tilley. Nay: Carter, ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Prestegaard, Riddle. Motion Failed.
Vote on original Motion to terminate Marina contract with 1125 property management. Aye: Wickenhauser, Pruser. Nay: Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews, Newberg, Prestegaard, Riddle, Tilley. Motion failed.
Motion by Matthews second by Houser to adjourn the meeting at 5:33pm. With all in favor.
