Tate earned her doctor of osteopathy degree from A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, in 2017. She earned her master’s degree in biomedical science with an emphasis in clinical research from A.T. Still University in 2015. She received her bachelor’s degree from Millikin University in Decatur in 2012.
“I see everyone from birth to the elderly, and everyone in-between,” said Tate. “My approach to care involves shared decision-making. I meet my patients where they are, and I do this by fully explaining everything about a diagnosis so a patient can feel informed and confident to make decisions about their care plan.”
Tate grew up in Taylorville and members of her family still live in the Taylorville and Decatur areas, she said, “so I’m grateful to have the opportunity to provide health care to this community.”
Tate is scheduling new patients at Memorial Care in Forsyth, 241 W. Weaver Road, Forsyth. To schedule an appointment, call 217-876-5220.
