Jones, of Springfield, has worked at Memorial Health since 2019.
Jones “will step up whenever there is a gap in our team to train others, ensuring everyone knows how to do the job in the most efficient and effective way, which leads to great patient experiences,” said her nominator. “She embodies our Memorial Health values every day.”
“I take great pride in helping the team when needed,” said Jones. “Caring for patients and putting a smile on their faces is most rewarding to me.”
Outside of work, Jones enjoys cooking and going on road trips with her family.
