1. Call to Order
Roll call taken, present included Wise, Conway, Zuniga, Crawford, Lidy, Feinstein, and Parker. No absences
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Closed Session - For the Purpose of appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals. 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1)
Motion by Isaac Zuniga Seconded by William Parker to enter closed session at 5:00pm. All members voted in yes. Motion carried.
Interview of superintendent candidates.
Motion by Lindsey Wise and seconded by Susie Conway to close executive session at 7:43 pm. All members vote yes. Motion Carried.
a. No action was taken after closed session
4. Motion by Matt Crawford and seconded by Jill Feinstein to adjourn the meeting at 7:44pm. All members voted yes. Motion Carried.
