Discussions:

● Summer Reading Kick-Off Party 5/31 from 10 to 2

● Summer Reading Starts 6/1

● Landscaping is going well; adding hopscotch and tic tac toe, still working on accessibility.

● IPLAR is in progress, due 6/30

● Head Start won’t have classes in Sullivan next year; signed an agreement with Head Start to enter into a Community Partnership

● Losing one employee to a full time job and have 3 resumes to interview from next week, but we have two to help fill in time until we hire someone new.

● Reaching out to Mike Kirk about possibility of a lighting grant through IMEA

● Acquiring rock donations for a variety of projects around the landscaping

● Sublimation Printer Open House in June

● Take a plant, “leaf” a plant

● Circulation Stats are just under FY 22/23: 43,619 compared to 43,563 this FY
