c. Motion to change the name on the Supervisor of Assessment officer credit card issued by First Community Bank from Lori Barringer to Alicia Morgason.

Additional authorized users will be Sarina Van Meter and Wendy Buxton.

d. Motion to approve Resolution Authorizing Distributions of Payment in Lieu of Taxes to local Townships for FY 2023 and All Future Fiscal Years.

a. Motion to approve the Application for License to Sell Alcoholic Liquor at Retail, Class “E”, for Okaw Valley Orchard LLC, by owner Michael Mitchell, Jr., effective July 11, 2024, and to expire June 30, 2025.

4. Insurance Committee

Meeting: None

a. Discussion/Possible Action to allow the County Board Chair or Insurance Committee Chair to enter into a contractual agreement with a certified actuary not to exceed $30,000.00 for services Medicare no longer allows IPMG to provide.
