PUBLIC HEARINGS
Request by DI Properties for map amendment to change the zoning on the real property commonly known as 237 Highland, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as Oldweiler and Walters Highland Place Lot 18 and E2 Lot 19 152x137 (PIN: 07-07-23-107-003). The request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Section 9.11. The property is currently zoned R1 - OT and the request is made to change the zoning to R-2 to allow the construction of a duplex on the real property.
Request by DI Properties for map amendment to change the zoning on the real property commonly known as 223 Highland, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as Oldweiler and Walters Highland Place Lot 19 (EX E2) 148x137 (PIN: 07-07-23-107-002). The request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Section 9.11. The property is currently zoned R1 - OT and the request is made to change the zoning to R-2 to allow the construction of a duplex on the real property.
Request by the Village of Forsyth for text amendment to the Development Code to add Section 3.21 related to Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organizations, and to modify the definitions in Section 2.2 and the table in Section 4.8, all to provide for Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organizations as a special use in areas zoned B, C1, and C2.
