9. Unfinished Business:

a. Motion to approve the 12-year TIF extension for Village of Bethany.

10. Appointments by Chair:

a. Motion to appoint Ed Hogan to the Moultrie, Coles, and Douglas Drainage District. Term to take effect upon the filing of his Oath of Drainage Commissioner and Commissioner’s Bond in the amount of $500.00 in the Office of the Moultrie County Circuit Clerk and expires the first Tuesday in September 2027 or until his successor is appointed and qualified.

b. Motion to appoint Toby Wiley to the Drainage District No. 1 of East Nelson. Term to take effect upon the filing of his Oath of Drainage Commissioner and Commissioner’s Bond in the amount of $500.00 in the Office of the Moultrie County Circuit Clerk and expires the first Tuesday in September 2027 or until his successor is appointed and qualified

c. Motion to appoint Daniel L. Gingerich to the Cadwell Drainage District. Term to take effect upon the filing of his Oath of Drainage Commissioner and Commissioner’s Bond in the amount of $500.00 in the Office of the Moultrie County Circuit Clerk and expires the first Tuesday in September 2027 or until his successor is appointed and qualified.

d. Motion to appoint Vickie Bowers to the 708 Board for a term to begin December 1, 2024, and ending November 30, 2027.

e. Motion to appoint Bob Hagen to the 708 Board for a term to begin December 1, 2024, and ending November 30, 2027.
