• Request by Illinois Health and Wellness LLC for special use to use the real property commonly known as 1401 Hickory Point Drive, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as HICKORY POINT MALL TAX PLAT LT 15-A BANK (PIN: 07-07-22-277-003), as an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensary. The request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Sections 3.21 and 9.12. The property is currently zoned C1 and no request to vary the zoning has been made.
