Discussions:
● All Barcodes were done (a day early) and when done were taped, so issue of ink coming off that others are having aren’t an issue here.
● $250 donation for the Children’s Room to have a changing station for convenience of patrons.
● Carpets cleaned on Sept 29th.
● Library Crawl ended 10/31, 71 people came through, which is triple what there was last year.
● Safe Trick or Treat had 307 kids came through and staff dressed up as characters from Inside Out 2.
● Closed for Nov 11 (Veteran’s Day) and will be closed Thursday and Friday (11/28 and 11/29).
● More Adult Craft Classes are coming up; wet felting is coming soon.
● Homeschool is going well; currently 35 children signed up.
● Children’s room has had a facelift: moved desk, painted, putting safety locks on cabinet doors and drawers.
● IHLS Annual Progress Report came
● No DMV for at least the next 2 months
● King Lar readied the boiler for winter
● IT Replacing an older computer and 2 barcode readers, adding new filters and a new scrubbing program-built by Prairie Network.
● Christmas Open House all day on the 20th, snacks, crafts, and movies playing throughout the day
● Received a Thank You card from a pair of Library Crawlers
● Starting to write for the Per Capita Grant (due late January)
● Reader’s Bridge has a balance of $6353.82
● Stat Summary Report given with overview of items/circulation stats
