*Motion to approve the February 20, 2025, County Board meeting minutes.
APPOINTMENTS:
*Motion to re-appoint Richard Hardesty as trustee for the Farmer City Fire Protection District with a term beginning the 2nd Tuesday in May 2025 through the 2nd Tuesday of May 2028.
*Motion to re-appoint Sandra Beecher, Wapella, Illinois to the DeWitt County Community Mental Health Board with term set to expire 12/31/28.
*Motion to Re-appoint Jeff Kiesling to ETSB with term to expire 3-31-2028.
*Motion to Re-appoint Stephen Page to ETSB with term to expire on 3-31-2028.
*Motion to Re-appoint Mike Walker to ETSB with term set to expire on 3-31-2028.
Motion to Appoint Jason North to ETSB to fill the unexpired term of Andy Hedrick with term set to expire on 3-31-2027.

*Motion to approve S270-2025- Clinton Marina and Campground/John Fayhee, owners and applicants, are requesting a special use permit for retail liquor sales. The named property is zoned RD-2 and is commonly located at 6599 Sailboat Rd., Weldon, IL., parcel no. 08-35-400-009.
*Revise and approve Chapter 110 – Alcoholic Beverages of the County Code. *Motion to Repeal the current DeWitt County Commercial Wind Energy Conversion Ordinance – Chapter 153 and replace with the new/revised DeWitt County Commercial Wind Energy Conversion Ordinance.
*Motion to approve the benefit policy for 9-1-1 Systems Manager/Cencom Supervisor.
*Motion to approve Intergovernmental Agreement Providing for the distribution of Costs Related To The Employment of the “9-1-1 Systems Manager/ Cencom Supervisor” between the County of Dewitt, DeWitt County Emergency Telephone System Board and The Central Communication Board of DeWitt County.
