1. Call to Order

5. Public forum acknowledgement:
Kevin Towle talked with the board about his social media posts about books. He discussed with the board his idea for a YouTube video about ETML. The board thought it was a great idea.
6. Librarian’s Report
- Atchison Electric has ordered the part and light bulbs for the IMEA Grant.
The date and time for the replacement has not been set yet.
- Reader’s Bridge was awarded $500 through the Sullivan Community Education Foundation. Michelle and Laura will be attending the awards banquet to accept the grant.
- The local newspaper is running an article on the Harry Potter display.
- Laura and Michelle will be attending The Lake Land College 8th grade career conference on April 4th. Five staff members and one board member will be attending the Reaching Forward South conference April 5th in Effingham, Illinois.
- The library had 15 participants in the annual jigsaw puzzle contest. The winning team donated their prize to the Senior Center.
- The Harry Potter Programs are well attended and the patrons are enjoying the displays.
- The library will be hosting a Teddy Bear Sleepover in May with Bright Start.
- National Library Week is April 6th-12th. Prizes will not be displayed this year because of the Harry Potter Display.
- The Harry potter Display will be leaving April 17th.
