Barclay Public Library District Board of Trustees met April 14.

Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 5:30pm by Jean Munson, President
Roll Call: Katie Leonard, Karen Edgecombe, Laura Philips, Gary Horvath, Katherine Brodbeck, Jean Munson, Pam McMillen, Lacey Wright, Director
Remarks from the Public: no remarks
Business:
• Members walked to the property located at 254 S. Main St., Warrensburg, IL. for a tour.
• Owner, Lloyd Creekmur and Neice, were present and greeted the members prior to tour.
• Board Members were given map of footage of property and asked questions regarding current utilities, age of property and updates made to the property.
• Katherine Brodbeck left the meeting at 5:45 pm.
• Board Members returned to the library when the tour was complete.
• At 6:00pm on April 14, 2025, Laura P. made a motion and Katie L. seconded the motion to go out of regular session and into Executive Session, all aye.
• At 6:26pm on April 14, 2025, Karen E. made a motion and Gary H. seconded the motion to go back into Regular Session, all aye.
• At 6:26pm on April 14, 2025, Laura P. made a motion and Karen E. seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting, all aye.
Date to remember – Monday April 21st, 2025, Board Meeting at 7:00pm.
