1. Call to Order- 5:30 pm
Pledge of Allegiance- No Motion
2. Roll Call - Present - Wise, Crawford, Conway, Parker, Feinstein, Zuniga, Lidy
Absent - NONE
3. Guests and Visitors- No Motion
4. Consent Agenda - Action
Motion by Lidy and seconded by Wise to approve the consent agenda as presented.
Vote 7-0 in favor
5. New Business
a. Take the oath - no action
b. Nomination for President - Lindsey Wise was the only candidate and was voted in as President unanimously
c. Nominations for VP - Jill Feinstein and Susie Conway were nominated for VP and Jill was elected VP with a vote of 5-2
Nominations for Secretary - Paul Lidy was the only candidate and was voted in as Secretary unanimously
d. Motion to approve the BOE calendar for the 2025-2026 school year for the 2nd Tuesday of the month - Action
Motion by Zuniga, Seconded by Feinstein to approve the board calendar for the 2nd Tuesday of the month
All in favor-motion carried
e. Approve administrative contracts as presented-Action
Motion by Crawford, seconded by Parker to approve the administrative contracts as presented
f. Declaration of excess property
Motion to declare the ipads from the graphic design class as excess property and donate them to the foundation to offset the cost of new ipads they purchase for the program.

6. Adjournment - Motion by Lidy and seconded by Crawford to adjourn at 5:55 pm. All in Favor. Motion Carried
