VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK: Discussion and possible action:  Balance sheet, bills and transfers for September 2, 2025. Information regarding upgrading to Locis 8, FY 2025 audit progress, transitioning to Epay for credit card processing and utility billing rate increase

FINANCE: (C. Eskew) Discussion and possible action: Closed Session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee pursuant to 5ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).

BUILDING: (B. Netherton) Discussion and possible action: Sign permit fee from State for Warrensburg signs

POLICE: (D. Fisher) Discussion and possible action: Nothing

Chief Wheeler: Discussion and possible action: Monthly report 

SEWER: (S. Bons) Discussion and possible action: Replacing blower for sewer plant/results of Board poll, chlorine contact tank and lift station update

STREETS: (OPEN SEAT) Discussion and possible action: Discuss the Dunn invoice ($6433.20 difference for recent road oil and chipping)
