Said variance request is to reduce the side setback in order to add on a garage to the west side of the house. The named property is zoned A and RD-2, and is commonly known as 11545 Ospur Rd., Clinton IL located in Texas Township, Parcel # 12-13-400- 003.

2. V 351-2025 Michael and Tanya White, owner and applicant, are requesting a variance from $155.096 (B) - Modifications and Exceptions (Yards) of the DeWitt County Code. Said variance request is to allow for a pond in the front yard of the residence. The named property is zoned RD-2, and is commonly known as 12301 Middle Creek Road, Clinton IL located in Creek Township, Parcel # 13-18-100- 017,
