PUBLIC HEARINGS
• Request by Forsyth Group LLC for map amendment to change the zoning on the real property commonly known as 1104 Clement Avenue, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as Oldweiler and Walters Highland Place Lot 4136.87x145 (PIN: 07-07-23- 106-001). The request is made in accordance with Development Ordinance Section 9.11. The property is currently zoned OT and the request is made to change the zoning to C-1 to allow the construction of a 2-3 unit commercial building on the real property with one end designed to include a drive-thru facility.
• Request for variance submitted by Forsyth Group LLC to vary the requirements of Development Ordinance Section 4.9 to allow a lot that is approximately 19,8 50 sq. feet on the real property commonly referred to as 1104 Clement Avenue, Forsyth, Illinois and legally described as Oldweiler and Walters Highland Place Lot 4 136.87x145 (PIN: 07-07-23-106-001). The property is currently zoned OT and there is a request to change the zoning on the property to C-1.
