The 66th Annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon, presented by the Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce, will take place at the Decatur Civic Center on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
The Annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon is a tradition that began in 1953 as a way for the community to come together and offer thanks and blessings for the year. The event also highlights community leaders, business leaders, and notable citizens who have made an impact in the area throughout the year. The luncheon has drawn a capacity crowd over the years and more than 33,000 people have attended since its inception.
“The Chamber is honored to host this traditional event that brings together leaders and residents in our community to give thanks for the things that make Decatur-Macon County a great place to do business, live and raise families,” says Mirinda Rothrock, President of the Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce.
