Decatur Public Library issued the following announcement on April 15.
Grab some PEEPS and create a Spring Float inspired by your favorite book, movie, show, or just your family! Entries are due April 20th!
Divisions: Children (8 & under), Tween (ages 9-12), Teen (ages 13-18), Adult (19 & over) and Family!
