City of Sullivan Finance Committee met Sept. 24.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
1. Call to Order
Treasurer Lynn Elder called the Finance Committee to order at 4:15 p.m. in the library board room.
2. Roll Call
Members Present: Cheri Rich, Mike McLaughlin, Lynn Elder and Ellen Feeler, Erin Wade.
Members absent:
Others Present: Ann Short, Jennifer Love and Michelle Nolen
3. Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes
Motion by the approve Mike McLaughlin and seconded by Cheri Rich.
Motion declared carried.
4. Discuss / Approve Treasurer’s Report
Petty Cash Receipts and pending bills since last Board Meeting were discussed.
Motion made Ellen Feeler and seconded by Mike McLaughlin to approve for presentation to Board. Motion declared carried.
5. Adjournment
Motion made Mike McLaiughlin and seconded by Ellen Feeler to adjourn the meeting at 4:25 p.m. Motion declared carried.
