In light of the current COVID-19 public health emergency, this meeting can be viewed online at www.newsprogress.com or www.facebook.com/NewsProgress. In order to comply with the Governor’s Emergency Order requiring social distancing and the space constraints of the Library Meeting Room, the Council respectfully suggests members of the public may wish to consider viewing our meetings online as opposed to attending in person. The public may submit questions and comment until 3:00 p.m. on August 10, 2020, to dflannell@sullivanil.us or carriec@sullivanil.us and every effort will be made to read those comments and questions during the public comment period of the meeting.
