APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to re -appoint Kenneth Robinson to the Kenney Fire Protection Dist. with term set to expire April 30, 2024.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Motion to approve resolution of tax bid on 201500069 to Habitat for Humanity of DeWitt County.

Motion to approve February Minutes.

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action: No recommendations.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mr. Ennis. For discussion and possible action: Motion to approve Resolution of the National Incident Management System as the basis for all incident management.

PROPERTY report given by Mr. Newberg. For discussion and possible action: No recommendations.

ROAD AND BRIDGE report given by Mr. Houser. For discussion and possible action: Motion to Approve Supplement 1 to the Preliminary Engineering services agreement from Cummins Engineering Corp.

Old and New Business. For discussion and possible action.

Motion to declare the replacement of the gas dock at the marina an emergency. Megan Myers- Discussion on Utilization of the DeWitt County Comprehensive Plan. Buck Carter- Motion to allow the RPC, ZBA, and County board sufficient time to continue to make necessary text amendments to the county code of ordinances Title XV: Chapter 153 ( Wind Energy Conversion Systems). The RPC, ZBA, and County board will begin a review process, not to exceed 6 months, from the date of this motion. New special use applications filed under Title XV: Chapter 153 will not be acted on until the review has concluded. All special use applications filed under Title XV: Chapter 153 during this period will be subject to the new ordinances and revisions adopted by the county board.
