∙ Pay Request #13 for Maguire Iron in the amount of $31,000.00.

The first item on the agenda is Approval purchase of police equipment. In the amount of $2,995.00 plus $600.00 for installation.

A Motion was made by Trustee Guntle seconded by Trustee White to Approve purchase of police equipment. In the amount of $2,995.00 plus $600.00 for installation.

The second item on the agenda is the Approval of bid(s) to remove two nuisance trees on village right of way. 1st bid was Doug Miller in the amount of $6,000.00 with stump grind being included. 2nd bid is from Romer Bros. in the amount of $7995.00.

A Motion was made by Trustee Hiser seconded by Trustee Guntle to Approve Doug Miller to remove two nuisance trees on village right of way, in the amount of $6,000.00 with stump grind being included.
