Macon County Consolidated Election Day is two weeks away, on April 4

Macon County municipal officials, including mayors, village board members and school board members, are on the ballot on April 4, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 143 candidates will compete for 60 municipal offices, including 14 contests for city and village, 24 for park, fire and library boards and 17 for school boards.

There are no voter referendums on the April 4 ballot.
