Illinois faces outmigration due to high taxes and public policy issues

Decades of poor public policy by Democrats in the General Assembly have put our state in an untenable position. Illinois’ high taxes drive residents away, diminishing our tax base and increasing the burden on those who stay. Denying Illinois’ outmigration problem gets us nowhere. We must get control of state spending and put Illinois on the path toward growth.
