Report: Expiring unemployment insurance that Caulkins asserts had 'discouraged work' could add up to nearly 2 million jobs this year

With now hiring signs dominating the marquees on businesses across the state, state leaders are examining whether the mass vacancy on jobs can be traced to unemployment benefits included in the American Rescue Plan.
