Illinois' Scherer encourages union support by purchasing union-made Halloween candy

State Rep. Sue Scherer (D-Decatur), who is seeking reelection to the Illinois General Assembly in the November general election, urged her constituents to support unions and purchase union-made candy for Halloween.
