Approve County Board Minutes from Jan 2019.

Persons to speak before the board.

Rick Dial Carpenters Union to speak to the County Board on the roof repair at the Clinton Marina.

APPOINTMENTS:

Motion to appoint Neil Whitted to the farmland Review Committee to replace Lawrence Toohill.

Motion to re appoint Andy Hedrick to the ETSB board with term set to expire May 2021.

Motion to re appoint Randy Furman to the ETSB board with term set to expire May 2021.

Motion to re appoint Clifford Burton to the ETSB board with term set to expire May 2021.

Motion to re appoint Ben Lowers to the ETSB board with term set to expire May 2021.

Motion to re appoint Dick Meadows to the ETSB board with term set to expire May 2021.

Motion to appoint Randy Perring to the RPC with term set to expire April 2020.

Motion to extend the service contract with Paramedic Services of Illinois for an additional 5 years along with revisions to references to McLean County EMS System and deleting the need for monthly reports.

PROPERTY report given by Mr. Nimmo. For discussion and possible action:

Motion to approve phase 2 of the camera system in the jail at a cost of $8,863.00.

Motion to accept the bid from Quality Concrete for $27,900.00.

ROAD AND BRIDGE report given by Mrs. Tilley. For discussion and possible action:

Marina report given by Mr. Wickenhauser.

Motion to accept the low bid from Adkisson Construction in the amount of $60,970.00 for roof replacement on dock 2 along with both alternates.

Motion to authorize up to $7,500.00 for a new floor coating in the showroom area.

Motion to pay all bills.

Motion to adopt gas aggregation resolution.

Motion to adopt the investment policy for 2019.
