Oreana Public Library issued the following announcement on July 17.
Celebrate Summer!! ART PROJECT FOR KIDS
Discover what fun oil pastels can be with these two projects.
First, you will learn to make your own scratch art paper to create a spectacular fireworks display. Follow up with some fun designing your own funky colorful tie dye on paper.
Connie Brewster, teacher from the Decatur Area Arts Council, will show you how.
When: July 30, 2020
Time: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM!

This event will be held outside with social distancing in place. Please bring a blanket (that you don't care if it gets messy!) or lawn chairs.
