Mt. Zion Public Library District Board met June 9.

President S. Jesse called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Michele Stine, Mark Rich, Sheri Jesse, Sharon White, Austin Jesse, Jeff Propst and Andrea Trusner. Library Director: Maria Dent.

Agenda:

Motion A. Jesse to adopt the agenda. Second Propst. Motion carried.

Minutes:

Motion White to accept the May 12, 2020 regular meeting minutes. Second Rich. Motion carried.

Financial Report:

Motion A. Jesse to approve the current bill list. Second Propst. Motion carried.

Motion A. Jesse to transfer $12,000 from working cash to cover any possible deficit due to possible delay of first Levy payment. Second Stine. Motion carried.

Motion Trusner to approve the Tentative Budget and Appropriations Ordinance 2020-2021-2. Second White. Motion unanimously passed 7-0.

Motion A. Jesse to accept the personnel option 3 for minimum wage staged increases. Second Rich. Motion carried.

Motion Stine to accept the personnel committee’s recommendation regarding Watts’s wage. Second Rich. Motion carried.

Motion Stine to accept the personnel committee’s recommendation regarding Hays’s wage. Second Propst. Motion carried.
